Five Tips to Wear Green and Red All Year Round
Tip #1 : Don’t wear them together
Let’s be honest here that if red and green are paring together in an outfit, it will sure scream Christmas. So, to avoid the holiday vibe when wearing either green or red, you shouldn’t wear them together.
Tip #2: Wear it with animal prints
Animal prints are in for any season, so pair it up with your green or a red dress or wear it as your outerwear, will make your outfit look more stylish than looking like a holiday attire. You can choose animal prints as part of your accessories, like purse, leggings, earrings, and shoes.
Tip #3: Pair it with darker color pieces
You can wear them with a darker color like black, brown, navy blue and dark gray. These darker colors will help tone down the holiday theme.
Tip #4: Avoid glitter, gold, and sequins
You know glittery, sparkly, gold, velvet and sequins are the textures of celebrations. If you don’t want your green or red outfit to look like you are going to a holiday party. Try avoiding these elements all together when putting your outfit on.

This last tip is the easiest tip of all, as you can easily avoid feeling like wearing a Christmas party outfit by choosing a different shade of green or red.
For green, you can go for a light green, olive, pastel green, and army green instead of an emerald or forest green.
For red, you can wear burgundy, wine, berry, rust, or brick red, instead of bright red, crimson, or ruby red.
