This week I have a formal event to attend so I took the opportunity to try on my clothes and share with all of you. To make this post a little bit more beneficial to you all, I came up with three different ways that you can rock your blazer (tuxedo) dress for any occasion. Read along and let me know what look you are likely to wear.

Keep it simple
In this style you want to keep everything simple, less is more. The main focus of this style is the blazer. Your jewelry has to be something small and simple aka minimal. You can wear a few pieces of jewelry or no jewelry at all, that’s okay. Classic purse like a black box clutch or something structured and plain will go well with this minimal look. Because simple-made-sexy, ankle strap and open-toe sandals will add some sexiness to the whole look.

Dress it down

Put your hair in a messy bun. Grab your backpack, tote bag or duffle bag and go for a weekend getaway! Sounds pretty good to me right now! Adding some fun earrings, bracelets or necklace will complete this weekend getaway look.

Accessorize the look
This is the look I’m wearing today. It’s a little bit more dramatic with the accessories. I just need more BLING BLING in my life. Not kidding! So I got these Stairway to Heaven Mules from NastyGal. I love the low heels and gorgeous pearl-inspired beading at front details. I’m wearing a Baroque Navette Choker from Free Press. I choose my statement “Grace” snake print leather bag to go with this look. It’s from Inge Christopher. What I like about this bag it can be worn two ways, crossbody bag or double up the chain to wear it as a shoulder bag. It fits a lot of stuff too, you can take a look at this post to see exactly what I’m talking about. This bag has a matching leather tassel which is very cute.
