It’s been awhile since I last took a long-haul trip. Recently my family took a trip to Japan as you already know because I said it so many times on my previous posts and on Instagram. Since I was finally on the plane again and had developed my new inflight beauty routine, I thought it might be a good idea to share with you what I brought with me on the plane.
I used to neglect my skin during long flights and found that my skin was more exhausted than me. It was dry, dull and super drained from the long hours and less humidity in the air. So I pretty much brought a lot of products with me in my toiletry bag and used all of them during the flight.
I have to let you know first that I grouped the products into 2 sets, one is before bed time and the other is getting ready to land. If you want to know my inflight skincare routine, you can visit Fabletics’ Blog where I shared my story there.
Before we get into the products, I want to talk a little bit about what bag you should bring to avoid any hassle. I got this Clear Travel Toiletry Bag from Amazon, it’s about $10. I picked this bag because it’s a quart size bag, the only size that they allow to take on the plane in your carry-on bag. It’s see through and meets TSA regulations and guidelines, which means you’ll pass through security quickly and easily. It fits so many products too which I love most about it. If you want to lean more about the TSA Liquid Rules, you can check them out here.
If you’re ready, let’s dive into “What’s in my toiletry bag?”.
Those are all of the items in my toiletry bag. There are quite a lot of stuff in my bag but they are so good to have on the plane. Some of the items here are full size but less than 100 ml which is perfect to take on the plane. You have to be careful when bringing the full size products, these are limited to travel-sized containers that are 3.4 ounces (100 milliliters) or less per item. So make sure you check the size of the products before packing. Taking the travel size products is the safest way to make sure they won’t throw your beauty items away. I really love this Biossance Hydration set, I take almost everything with me.
That’s it for today. Hope some items from my toiletry bag interest you to bring on the plane next time you fly.

My recent recovery for my glowing skin has to do with these two new products from Dear, Klairs.
I’ve been using these two K-Skincare products together for a few weeks and have seen an immediate glow every time I use them. I thought you might be interested in knowing what they are and where you can get them from. No, you don’t need to fly to Korea. 🙂 But If you plan to visit Korea now you know what you should buy when visiting there.
Face Oil
The first product is a facial oil from Dear, Klairs, Freshly Juiced Vitamin Drop. I had an impression of this product as a concentrated serum at first but once I tried it I realized it’s an oil.
I have been experiencing a lot of face oils lately and this Freshly Juiced Vitamin Drop is considered one of my favorites. It absorbs into my skin quickly and it doesn’t irritate my skin. I don’t breakout using this oil. I only see my skin glowing.
So this Dear, Klairs, Freshly Juiced Vitamin Drop is a pure vitamin C, Yuzu, Grapefruit and Centella Asiatica extract designed with a hybrid of 5% L-Ascorbic acid that helps stimulate collagen production and improves skin tones and texture without harsh irritation.
I use it twice a day after cleaning my face and applying my essences on. It’s a third step of my everyday routine. If you’re not sure about this face oil, you can start with a few drops in your regular moisturizer.
The texture of this mask is very interesting. It is a jelly like texture that will bounce back after you take some out of the container. You will notice the top surface of the mask will bounce back together. It looks smooth making it seem as if you never used it before.
Even though the texture is very interesting I found it’s a little hard to apply. I have to be super quick when applying the mask on because it tends to drop and not stick on my face until I really massage it onto my skin. One tip is to warm the cream up in your hands for a few seconds before applying.
Thismask helps with hydration and helps to enhance the effects of vitamin C products. It also helps boost radiance and glow. It’s formulated with Niacinamide and Adenosine, which gives various skin-improving effects.
If you’re looking for some new skincare products to help boost your radiance and get that healthy glow, make sure to try these two Dear, Klairs, Freshly Juiced products.
